Welcome to WindSolarCapital.com

JoAnne and I have owned several pieces of property over the last 35 years.  We have learned a lot about maintaining a home and the grounds, usually the hard way.  One thing I always thought about was how to reduce my utility bills.  When we were younger, it never came up too high on the priority list.  Funds were sometimes scarce and I never got around to digging deep into the topic and taking on a project.

I do know, however, that there is quite a group of people out there that have a keen interest in the topic and the abilities to put a project together -if they have the right information.

I know there are young people out there who have a desire to do certain things themselves, as I did, as opposed to hiring someone.  (For me it was that financial consideration as much as anything -I couldn’t afford to hire anyone).  It is for those people that I write.  I hope to be generally useful to someone.
